Jerk Marinade

 For a delicious Jerk marinade:

• 3 tbs Unk's Island Blendz Jerk Seasoning, ghost or *hot
• 1 to 2 tbs Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp Nutmeg
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp Curry Powder
• 1 to 2 tsp salt or bouillon (optional)

* If using Unk's Island Blendz Jerk Seasoning (Hot), use 1/2 amount of ingredients   per 3 tbs of seasoning.
