Recipe

 For a delicious Jerk marinade:

• 3 tbsp Unk's Island Blendz Jerk Seasoning/ghost 
• 1 to 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp Nutmeg
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp Curry Powder
• 1 to 2 tsp salt or bouillon (optional)

* If using Unk's Island Blendz Jerk Seasoning/Hot, use 1/2 amount of ingredients   per 3 tbsp of seasoning.
